Tina Kingdon

Tina entered the industry from a nutrition background. As the mother of 3 children the eldest of which has Type 1 Diabetes she wanted to equip herself with the knowledge needed to ensure they had the best start possible.

Tina has also enjoyed exercising for many years and is herself a keen runner, running three marathons her favorite being The London Marathon in 2014. As a personal trainer Tina see’s a healthy lifestyle as a way of life and is passionate when it comes to nutrition, fitness and seeing the transformations that are possible from making simple lifestyle changes.
